This role partners closely with the Director of People & Culture, to enhance and coordinate employee programs, processes, and engagement initiatives while ensuring employees have the support and tools to thrive throughout their BioLabs career. This is a hybrid position with a preference being close to one of our sites in the US (MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, NC, TX, CA).

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Support full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition activities.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs and interview coordination.
- Manage candidate experience, ATS administration, offers, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
- Support internship, co-op, and campus recruiting programs.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and employee transitions.
- Support payroll, benefits, and work authorization administration.
- Support employee engagement, culture, and people initiatives.
- Promote BioLabs’ values, mission, and collaborative culture.
- Assist with HR policy implementation and compliance initiatives.
- Support HR systems, reporting, surveys, and employee programs.
- Provide employees with guidance and day-to-day HR support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Operations, Customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation and professional presence
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently while partnering with cross-functional teams
