Post Production I (P1 East)

The position is responsible for all visual inspection, deburring, cleaning, counting, and packaging of product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To deburr and clean small and intricate products as needed in order to meet product specifications (from drawings, manufacturing processes, work instructions, or other approved documents)
• Use a microscope as aided vision to polish and remove sharp edges from micro-scaled parts
• Set-up Post Production, RBT, Scope, Post Cleaning / Finishing equipment
• Some light assembly and/or secondary operations as required
• Clean and visually inspect parts using a microscope
• Provide feedback to the CNC work centers to assist in correction of problems
• May be expected to use and understand visual standards as determined by QC
• Package parts
• Must accurately enter all information requested into MRP/ERP system

Qualifications:

• Must have high attention to detail and be quality conscious
• Strong eye hand coordination necessary
• Must be able to sit at workstation for extended periods of time
• Must have correctable vision and hearing

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
