WHAT YOU WILL DO:As an early member of our product team you will have the opportunity to shape Biograph's technology, product, and culture.Map every touchpoint of the member lifecycle from onboarding to clinical testing, results review, and annual renewal to ensure a cohesive experience.Lead cross-functional engineering and design teams to build and iterate on the member-facing platform that serves as the digital "home" for their health data.Partner with clinical and operations teams to implement proactive, automated communication triggers that guide members through their personalized health roadmaps.Analyze member engagement data and conduct qualitative interviews to identify friction points, continuously refining the digital interface to improve health literacy and retention.Define the product requirements for longitudinal tracking, ensuring that year-over-year data is presented in a way that highlights meaningful trends and health progress.Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:Our rapidly growing start-up is an ideal environment for a team member who is highly motivated, creative, and likes to think outside of the box.
