Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will play a key role in driving the application and evolution of The Biograph Method, our diagnostic and wellness platform designed to unlock personalized insights and long-term wellness. The Clinic Nurse Practitioner collaborates with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery of care at our Biograph clinic in New York, NY. In addition to direct patient care, the NP contributes to administrative responsibilities that shape clinic services and partners closely with the Medical Director on planning and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide direct patient care during visit days and deliver pre-visit education and counseling via telemedicine.
• Obtain comprehensive medical histories, perform focused physical exams, and assess risk factors relevant to the Biograph Method.
• Order and interpret diagnostics (e.g., labs, imaging, cardiometabolic and performance testing) and synthesize findings into clear, evidence-informed recommendations and care plans.
• Collaborate on integrating medical services into Biograph’s comprehensive membership program and contribute to continuous improvement of visit-day workflows, protocols, and member communications.
• Build strong member relationships; uphold safety, privacy, and quality standards in line with all policies and procedures.
• Participate in case reviews, quality checks, and data-driven initiatives that refine the Biograph Method.
• Follow all safety, security, and health procedures and policies.
• Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
• Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• 3-5 years of experience. Preferably in family medicine.
• Master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program acceptable to NYSED (or current national Nurse Practitioner certification in an approved specialty).
• Active New York RN license and registration.
• Active New York Nurse Practitioner certification in the relevant specialty (e.g., Family Health).
• National board certification (ANCC or AANPCB) in the matching specialty.
• Prescribing eligibility in New York (e-prescribing compliance).
• Passion and expertise in the science of aging and longevity
• Comfortable in a fast paced, highly flexible start-up environment
• Possesses the expertise to deliver personalized, top-tier service to a discerning client base
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with both members and colleagues
• Ability to work in our New York City clinic 5 days a week, no nights or weekends 
• Proficient with G-suite and adaptable to learning new software
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records System and HIPAA compliance requirements
• Innovative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and track record of reliable follow-through
