- Conduct drive tests to evaluate applicants' driving skills and adherence to traffic laws
- Provide clear, professional instructions and feedback to applicants
- Ensure all drive testing procedures are followed consistently and safely
- Maintain accurate documentation related to test results and applicant interactions
- Deliver high quality customer service throughout the drive testing process
- Strong customer-service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to successfully complete required training to conduct solo drive tests with members of the public
- Safety focused and able to remain calm in various traffic scenarios
- Dependable and able to follow established testing protocols
- Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the drive testing process
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Background check with fingerprints required
