We are hiring a Senior Advanced Analytics Analyst (AI) Grade: 3.2 Remote for one of our clients.

Job Description

You are a dynamic advanced analytics analyst interested in challenging the status quo on deploying enterprise data products. With AI models and underlying data visualizations for data consumption. You are a valued influencer and a thought leader who is motivated to contribute to an AI focused Digital data organization. You have a keen eye for improvement opportunities and the demonstrated ability to deliver solutions that would enable data visualization, analytics, and date sciences. You are inquisitive, motivated, enthusiastic and self-leader.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in advanced analytics & AU, great leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovation through date-driven solutions. You will play a critical role in sharing our advanced analytics & AI digital strategy with a focus on commercial performance analytics & insights, implementation best practices, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure the reliability, scalability continuously improving & challenging the status quo.

Main Responsibilities

• As a data champion, look to implement analytical models on data sets to uncover insights.
• Validate business requirements, defining global standards for data models, key performance indicators and measures, then implementing the global standards within our products for business units and markets.
• Create and implement repeatable analytics models.
• Tell a story with date, hosting co crating sessions to ensure needs are will understood and features are well articulated, producing mockups as required to quickly iterate on use feedback.
• Understand the data landscape that enables the enterprise solutions, with the ability to align on global standards across multiple stakeholder groups.
• A critical and analytical thinker, and a creative problem solver who can navigate difficult discussions and ambiguity to arrive at design solutions.
• Understand and implement enterprise data governance, data architecture and data management standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the business requirements, translating them to data, analytics and AI capabilities.
• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters and be able to work in agile pods.
• Partner with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to create data products.
  
  

Key Functional Requirements & Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in advanced analytics & AI preferably with experience in data and AI systems/platforms with a focus on patient analytics.
• Strong knowledge working within Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge deploying analytical models using software development tools like GitHub
• Interest in healthcare and pharmaceutical data.
• Experience in data visualization and analytics solutions deployment in patient advanced analytics and AI scope
• Experience in building data pipelines with date quality metrics in place with a focus on patient analytics.
  
  

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications

• A university/ college degree graduate in disciplines of engineering, computer science, mathematics, data science or related fields. MBA a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge in building analytical models, using scripting languages like python, and querying languages like SQL is preferred.
• Knowledge of data discovery tools like informatica DQ, Axon is preferred,
• Knowledge of data platform tools like Snowflake and cloud platforms such as AWS
• Strong statistical background.
