Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for leading IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, providing project governance, planning, budgeting, execution, quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project activities, milestones, and vendor/system integrator deliverables.
- Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage client, vendor, and cross-functional communications.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC/Agile methodologies, security, and regulatory standards.
- Lead data migration, system integration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Prepare project plans, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
- Manage vendor performance, issue escalation, and organizational change management activities.
- Drive process improvements, user adoption, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing project team and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- 10 years of project management experience.
- 8 years managing complex IT development projects.
- 5 years applying PMI PMBOK methodologies.
- Experience leading organizational change management initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare or public sector technology project management experience; Salesforce or CRM implementation experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Experience with SDLC/Agile, system integration, data migration, QA/QC, and UAT.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lead enterprise modernization and digital transformation programs.
- Experience managing Salesforce, CRM, or enterprise cloud platform implementations.
- Experience modernizing business processes through cloud-based CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with regulated industry workflows, reporting, and compliance requirements.
