Job Description
- Assist staff with processing new applications, Assist preparing agenda, minutes and materials for the Planning Board/Zoning Board of Adjustment Meetings.
- Entering new applications.
- Assisting staff with managing the Board functions and Board Professionals work.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Databases/ Database Entry
- Punctual, Quick Learner, Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite, GovPilot
- Experience in Municipal Government offices & Planning Board/Zoning Board of Adjustment, Board Secretarial work.
- Understand Municipal Land Use Law, Review Resolutions and other legal board documents.
- Data entry experience in GovPilot or Spatial Data Logic.
- Lunch (Unpaid): 12 PM - 1 PM
