Paralegal Sr.

We are hiring a Paralegal Sr. for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description

• Assist staff with processing new applications, Assist preparing agenda, minutes and materials for the Planning Board/Zoning Board of Adjustment Meetings.
• Entering new applications.
• Assisting staff with managing the Board functions and Board Professionals work.
  
  

Skills Required

• Microsoft Office Suite and Databases/ Database Entry
• Punctual, Quick Learner, Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Microsoft Office Suite, GovPilot
  
  

Experience Required

• Experience in Municipal Government offices & Planning Board/Zoning Board of Adjustment, Board Secretarial work.
• Understand Municipal Land Use Law, Review Resolutions and other legal board documents.
• Data entry experience in GovPilot or Spatial Data Logic.
  
  

Work Hours

• Lunch (Unpaid): 12 PM - 1 PM
• Dress Code: Business Casual
