- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
- 6 months experience registering patients in an electronic medical records system in a healthcare setting.
- A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
- Experience gathering data from patients and creating medical records
- Cashiering or cash handling experience
- High School Diploma or GED A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis
- Certification as a Public Health or Community Health Worker from an accredited college or currently enrolled in a Public Health or Community Health Worker program and eligible to receive a certification within six (6) months of hire
- Must secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and complete a background check
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver s license by the time of hire
- Do not submit the same candidate to multiple requisitions. 2444-2447,2449 are the same team, they will collaborate if they think one might be a better fit for a separate requisition
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
