Job Description
- CNA Long Term Care
- 75 MILE RADIUS RULE - Travel Will take locals - local rate will apply (less than 75 miles)
- 1 years experience NY license
- 40 bed unit
- Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care
- EMR: PointClick Care
- CNA'S MAY REQUIRE FINGERPRINTING, THEY CANNOT CLEAR WITHOUT THIS
- Shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Every other weekend is required
- Must float to all units (same building)
- 37.5 guaranteed hours OT after 48
- Type: Both Local & Travel
- On Call: No
- Shift Type: 8hr Days
- Weeks: 13 weeks
- OT Multiplier: 1.50
- Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours
