Job Description
- All responsibilities of Administrative Staff Specialist will include:
- Collect and enter data into various databases;
- Respond to inquiries regarding program activities;
- Prepare program resources as needed;
- Assist in preparing & organizing required program reports, files or records;
- Interact with customers and stakeholders regarding basic questions or direction;
- Assist in preparing for program audits;
- Prepare letters and correspondence;
- Assist in the planning, coordination, implementation of program initiatives;
- Utilize unit databases;
- Participate in unit meetings;
- Special projects as assigned.

- Microsoft Office, Zoom, MS Teams, Excel17.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Working in an office setting within a social services related field.
- Previous employment in a local/federal eligibility office, preferred.
- Ability to understand computer systems as they relate to program activities.
- Experience responding to help desk tickets/troubleshooting ideas.
- 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Lunch hour(unpaid): 1 HR
