Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Davis, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Water Treatment Technician, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems. Day-to-day duties will include operating and monitoring the treatment processes, conducting water and wastewater testing, ensuring compliance with environmental standards, and performing routine system maintenance. You will also collaborate closely with team members to optimize system performance and provide customers with sustainable water treatment solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Water Testing, Water Treatment, and Wastewater Treatment processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess system performance and identify improvements
- Excellent Communication skills to convey technical information effectively to team members and clients
- Ability to work both independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in maintaining and repairing water treatment systems is a plus
- Understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
