Wellness Center Assistant (Part-Time)
Bioenergetic Health and Wellness Center is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Wellness Center Assistant to join our growing team.

Our Wellness Center offers innovative, non-invasive therapies designed to help people reduce pain, improve wellness, and enhance their quality of life. Every member of our team plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our clients.
What You'll Do
As a Wellness Center Assistant, you'll help ensure our clients receive outstanding care from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and assisting them to and from treatment rooms
- Preparing, cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting treatment rooms between appointments
- Restocking supplies and maintaining an organized treatment environment
- Performing light housekeeping throughout the day
- Assisting with front desk coverage, including answering phones, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, and processing payments as needed
- Supporting the clinical team with daily operations
- Helping create a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for every client

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a medical office, chiropractic office, physical therapy practice, spa, salon, wellness center, or similar environment is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12pm-5pm
- Friday 12 pm-4pm
- Saturday 9am-2pm
