Sales Training Internship (Undergraduate or Graduate)

LOCATION: Louisville, CO – On-Site

START DATE RANGE: MAY 11 to MAY 18, 2026 | END DATE RANGE: JULY 31 to AUGUST 7, 2026

TIME COMMITMENT: 20 hours per week

THE ROLE:

Join our Sales Training team for a hands-on internship where you’ll help create engaging learning content for diverse learning styles. You’ll work closely with our Sales Training team to enhance our coaching software and educational materials, supporting sales enablement and training initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Attend a sales training class to understand key concepts
• Research & identify gaps in existing training materials
• Create and update content for our virtual training platform
• Assist with upkeep of coaching software and educational resources
• Participate in a local sales rep ride-along during the training period
  
  
  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Senior undergraduate or graduate student in marketing, education, or a scientific field
• Interest in commercial marketing, sales enablement, or training design
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
• Strong communication skills
• Previous office experience, preferred

Compensation

• Undergraduate Rate of $19.00 per hour
