WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Attend a sales training class to understand key concepts
- Research & identify gaps in existing training materials
- Create and update content for our virtual training platform
- Assist with upkeep of coaching software and educational resources
- Participate in a local sales rep ride-along during the training period
- Senior undergraduate or graduate student in marketing, education, or a scientific field
- Interest in commercial marketing, sales enablement, or training design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong communication skills
- Previous office experience, preferred
- Real-world experience in sales training and content development
- Exposure to commercial marketing and sales enablement strategies
- Mentorship from experienced professionals
- Undergraduate Rate of $19.00 per hour
- Graduate Rate of $21.00 per hour
