As part of the North America Commercial organization, this role sits within Strategy & Operations and supports the execution of key business priorities. This position is suited for an individual with a strong foundation in project coordination, execution, or operations who is energized by bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to complex initiatives.
The role operates at the center of cross-functional workstreams, leadership priorities, and external engagements, requiring sound judgment, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Position Purpose
Enable effective execution of Commercial priorities by supporting structured project delivery, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring seamless planning and execution of leadership engagements and external events.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution
- Support planning and execution of cross-functional Commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines and milestones
- Build and maintain project trackers, timelines, and status updates
- Coordinate across stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Finance, IT, HR) to drive progress and follow-through
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and escalate or address as appropriate
Strategy & Operations Support
- Support translation of strategic priorities into actionable tasks and track progress across workstreams
- Develop presentations, trackers, and materials to support leadership discussions
- Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, content consolidation, and follow-ups
- Help maintain structure and consistency across business cadence activities (e.g., reviews, planning cycles)
Events & External Engagements
- Support and lead execution of internal and external events, including leadership offsites, conferences, and partner engagements
- Coordinate logistics including vendor management, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure high-quality, well-organized execution of all events and engagements
Executive Coordination (10–15%)
- Provide targeted scheduling and coordination support aligned to business priorities
- Coordinate complex calendars across stakeholders and time zones
- Support preparation for key meetings, including materials coordination and agenda alignment
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in business, life sciences, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, or commercial roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting event planning or external engagements
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
- Exposure to commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
- Experience supporting event planning or external engagements
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
