What does a Lead Remediation Technician do?
- Work with a team to complete remediation and demo jobs all over the State of CT
- Help customers within your community in their time of need by removing mold, water damaged structures and contamination to avoid health issues
- Leads a team onsite to ensure the job is executed in according with compliance

Team Qualifications (Requirements):
- Desire to join a well trained team and contribute a positive attitude

- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Desire to continually learn new things
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
- Must be detailed oriented
- Project Preparation – planning, equipment selections, and van loading
- Project clean up, bagging, and removing debris to job site collection bin or vehicle for haul off.
- Light demolition/removal of finished building materials
- Operating water collection vacuums or pumps
- Detailed, fine cleaning including vacuuming, brushing, and damp wiping surfaces and building contents.
- Hanging or laying plastic for barricades or barriers.
- Squatting, crawling, and ladder work are often required to access all areas of a home.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
