About Us: We are the local leaders in extreme cleaning and biohazard remediation. We don't just clean houses — we restore safety. From severe hoarding situations to trauma scenes, we step in when families need help moving forward.
The Role: We're building our on-call response roster. This is NOT a 9–5 job. It's flexible, well-paying, physical work — perfect for junk removal and moving pros, demo/construction laborers, professional cleaners, off-duty firefighters, EMTs, veterans, teachers, and restoration techs who want extra income on their own schedule.
Most of our work is hoarding cleanouts and junk removal. Some of our work is biohazard remediation (blood, bodily fluids, decomposition) — that work pays more, and you can choose whether you want to be on that list. You do NOT need a strong stomach to join our cleanout crew.
What You Will Do
- Clear out severely cluttered and hoarded homes — sorting, bagging, hauling furniture and debris to trucks and dumpsters
- Light demolition: removing drywall, flooring, carpet, and cabinets using saws and hand/power tools
- Deep cleaning and sanitizing once the home is cleared
- (Optional, higher-pay tier) Biohazard remediation in full PPE (Tyvek suits, respirators), following strict OSHA and safety protocols
- Show compassion and discretion to homeowners in distress — we work in people's homes on the hardest days of their lives
How the On-Call Roster Works
- When a job comes in, we text the roster with the date, location, and expected hours. You accept or decline — no penalty for saying no.
- Every callout comes with a 4-hour minimum, even if the job runs short.
- Most roster members work 1–3 jobs per month, typically 4–10 hours each. Weekend availability gets you called first.
- Reliable roster members get first crack at more hours and full-time openings.
Requirements
- Physical fitness: Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet all day, sometimes in hot conditions
- Reliability: If you accept a job, you show up on time, every time
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to reach our shop or job sites
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen. We work inside clients' homes, often when they are at their most vulnerable — trust is non-negotiable.
Nice to Have (Starts You at Higher Pay)
- Demolition or construction labor experience (comfortable with reciprocating saws, pry bars, power tools)
- Junk removal, moving, or professional cleaning experience
- Restoration or remediation experience (water/fire/mold/biohazard)
- Respirator fit test or OSHA training
The Pay
- $20/hr starting — no experience required, we train you
- $22 with demolition, cleaning, or restoration experience
- Up to $35/hr for certified/experienced remediation techs and biohazard-tier work
- Bonuses for after-hours/emergency response and quality reviews, plus tips from grateful clients
- Paid bi-weekly. All safety equipment provided.
