Central NJ -- Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem
We are actively seeking a qualified Diagnostic Imaging Physicist for an open position immediately available within our private practice medical physics group. This position requires an individual with expertise in diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine. Primary duties include performance evaluations and dosimetry of diagnostic equipment, consultation in quality assurance and establishment of clinical procedures, teaching, surveys, licensing, and regulatory compliance services.
This position involves a variety of challenging tasks in a stimulating professional environment with excellent growth potential. The group currently contains approximately twenty physicists who service over one hundred hospitals and private practice clinics in the northeastern United States. Excellent salary and fringe benefit plan. We provide full reimbursement for relocation and travel expenses, but travel expenses incurred during your first interview are not provided.
Minimum qualifications: M.S. or Ph.D. in physics or engineering, and three years experience in a clinical environment. ABR certified or eligible.
