Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite activity and damage.
- Apply appropriate treatment solutions using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed.
- Use land management equipment and lawn care tools to prepare treatment sites and ensure effective pest control.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up recommendations.
- Educate clients on termite prevention strategies and ongoing maintenance practices.
- Operate vehicles safely to reach job sites, adhering to all driving regulations and company policies.
- Assist with general property maintenance tasks related to pest control operations.
- Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating machinery to ensure personal and team safety.
Experience
- Previous experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and land management equipment is advantageous.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus for engaging with clients effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
- Ability to operate various equipment safely and efficiently is essential.
