We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Asssistant will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments for customers, entering invoices and bills into Quickbooks Online, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties
Schedule customer appointments accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service
Utilize QBO to enter invoices and vendor bills
Process payroll and associated taxes
Maintain detail oriented task
Qualifications
Previous experience in an office setting a plus
Familiarity with QBO and Payzerware
Willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and ability to operate phone systems effectively
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
