Job Details:
- Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and provide ongoing follow up to meet customer’s needs.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance customer experience and build referrals for new business.
- Manage time appropriately to meet/exceed customer’s expectations.
- Stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Promote sales culture.
- Comply with company safety policy at all times.
- At least one year of sales experience
- Excellent organization skills
- Appropriate etiquette for telephone, email, in-person, and other communications
- Proven ability to determine customers’ needs and follow through to close sales and ask for referrals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
