Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water cooler units, including refrigeration and electrical components.
- Use manuals, procedures, and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues accurately.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform appliance repairs and installations efficiently.
- Manage warehouse inventory by receiving shipments, organizing stock, and preparing items for delivery or pickup.
- Operate company vehicles safely for delivery of water coolers and supplies to customers or job sites.
- Assist with assembly of new equipment, ensuring proper setup according to specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during service visits, deliveries, or pick ups.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and inventory levels.
- Follow safety protocols related to electrical work, plumbing, refrigeration systems, and equipment handling.
Experience
- Proven experience with warehouse management.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, electrical testing devices, and mechanical assembly tools.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical work is highly desirable.
- Prior delivery driver experience or operating company vehicles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) supplies in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately while following safety guidelines.
