What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of residential and light commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Installations: Lead the installation of high-efficiency systems, ensuring all work meets local codes and Bingo’s high quality standards.
• Customer Excellence: Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain solutions, identify additional service needs, and provide a 5-star experience.
• Documentation: Accurately track service details, parts inventory, and job notes using our mobile platform.
• Mentorship: Assist in training junior apprentices to help maintain the high technical standard of our field crew.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2 years of recent field experience in HVAC service or installation.
• Certifications: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Technical Savvy: Strong ability to read schematics, work with mobile apps, and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights on ladders, and navigate confined spaces like attics or crawl spaces.
• Travel: Occasional overnight travel may be required for larger-scale regional projects (typically less than 10% of the time). Advance notice and per diem/travel expenses are provided.
