We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and support a professional, efficient, and people-focused workplace. The Office Manager serves as the central point of accountability for office operations, vendor coordination, administrative systems, and employee experience.

What You’ll Do
- Office Operations & Facilities - Own day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional, functional, and efficient workplace - Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related vendors and service providers - Manage office layout, space planning, equipment, and facilities coordination - Oversee office supplies, shared resources, and inventory with cost awareness - Identify opportunities to improve office systems, workflows, and efficiency
- Administrative & Leadership Support - Manage office calendars, meetings, and conference room scheduling - Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and office inquiries - Support leadership with administrative and executive assistant tasks as needed - Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Workplace Experience & Culture - Create a welcoming and inclusive office environment for employees and guests - Plan and coordinate office events, employee appreciation activities, and team-building initiatives - Support employee engagement through thoughtful workplace organization and communication
- HR, Project & Compliance Support - Partner with HR to support onboarding and communicate office-related policies - Provide administrative support to the preconstruction team, including document coordination and bid-related tasks - Assist with coordinating required workplace and jobsite postings in collaboration with project and safety teams
- Travel & Logistics - Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier shipments
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience in office management, operations, or senior administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable supporting leadership and handling confidential information
- Proficiency with standard office technology and systems
- Experience in construction, engineering, or professional services environments is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore) is a plus
