A Day in the Life
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with industry professionals, clients, and partners
- Stay engaged with key contacts over time to identify opportunities as they naturally develop
- Strengthen Bingman’s presence and reputation within target markets
- Listen closely to client needs and align solutions that create long-term value
- Track relationship activity and pipeline progress within a CRM platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and thoughtful pursuit process
- Represent Bingman at industry events, associations, and networking opportunities
- Share insights on market trends, client feedback, and relationship development with leadership
- Travel to meet with clients and partners (up to 60%)
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy centered on long-term relationship growth
- Cultivate trust with decision-makers across multiple levels of client organizations
- Identify and prioritize opportunities that align with Bingman’s strengths and values
- Partner closely with marketing and internal teams to support thoughtful, targeted outreach
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to strengthen partnerships over time
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong business acumen with experience in the A/E/C industry
- Proven success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Understanding of design/build construction processes
- Experience with CRM systems and relationship tracking
- Established connections in Industrial, Cold Storage, Manufacturing, Mission Critical, or Data Center sectors are a strong plus
- Strong communication skills with a thoughtful, relationship-first approach
