Salary: $54,205 - $60,000
The Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is seeking a Search Process Coordinator to support the University's recruitment processes and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) responsibilities. The position is a Management Confidential (MC) position. The position is an on-site/in-person full time position.
Assist in the management of searches including reviewing search documentation, processing, and filing recruitment forms and provide additional support around the university recruitment process for both the state payroll and, where appropriate, the Research Foundation. Communicate with search committees and Human Resources (HR) regarding the progress of search forms and DEI senior staff in the execution of search orientation workshops, announcements and updating processes as it relates to the university recruitment processes. This includes the following:
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve search committee materials, including job descriptions and evaluation rubrics.
- Conduct secondary reviews of applicant pools and materials.
- Coordinate and schedule workshops for search committees and announcements to the campus regarding availability of workshops.
- Generate reports based on collected data to support annual reporting and decision-making processes, specifically as it relates to advertising outlets for search committees and number of failed searches.
- Collaborate with campus partners on various recruitment and retention events, both on and off campus.
- Assist the Associate Director in migrating to an online search process.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing materials for events.
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned.
- Will participate in related university policy formulation and confidential personnel matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
- Experience in human resource management OR diversity, equity and inclusion
- Knowledge of EEO and Affirmative Action
- Experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office Software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (or higher)
- Experience in human resource management AND diversity, equity and inclusion
- Experience working in higher education
- Experience working in recruitment or talent acquisition
