You’ll report to the Production Superintendent and drive results through servant leadership and continuous improvement.

Your impact
- Set a safety-first tone and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental standards.
- Hold daily cell meetings; align the crew on targets and risks.
- Track performance hourly; rapidly remove constraints to hit plan.
- Build standardized work with your team and model Leader Standard Work.
- Anticipate issues; use root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate materials delivery systems and sustain continuous flow.
- Translate job orders and specifications into clear assignments.
- Estimate labor hours and balance resources to meet production schedules.
- Coach associates to broaden skills and strengthen bench depth.
- Recommend upgrades to processes, equipment reliability, product quality, and working conditions.
- Serve as the connective tissue between associates and management through change.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing supervision; foundry experience advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Clear written and verbal communication; confident conflict resolution.
- Inspiring leadership style with strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem identification, root cause analysis, and corrective action expertise.
- Working knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies (or the drive to learn).
