Your Impact
- Be the primary HR partner for employees and leaders, strengthening employee relations and culture.
- Lead end-to-end hiring and onboarding for hourly production and salaried positions.
- Coach leaders on performance, conflict management, and policy interpretation.
- Author, update, and roll out policies and procedures aligned to employment laws and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies.
- Deliver engaging orientations and onboarding experiences that reflect our respectful, collaborative culture.
- Advance engagement, retention, and recognition efforts with operations leadership.
- Administer LOA, benefits, attendance, and other HR processes with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Apply Lean thinking to streamline HR processes and elevate the employee experience.
- Keep complete, confidential employee records.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing or heavy industrial experience preferred.
- Ability to travel between Fredericksburg and Culpeper, VA.
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Track record in employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Policy development and implementation experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong conflict-resolution capability.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
- Exposure to UKG is a plus.
- Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Comfort working in a high-volume production environment with a sustainable, steady approach.

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
