Bingham & Taylor is excited to announce the expansion of our second shift at our Culpeper, VA facility! We are actively hiring for multiple positions to strengthen our second-shift team.
Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Starting Pay: $17.50/hour (plus shift differential)
Now Hiring for the Following Positions:
- Mold Operator – Responsible for operating molding equipment to produce high-quality castings. Ensures molds meet production standards and specifications.
- Pour Deck Operator – Oversees the pouring of molten metal into molds, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality in the casting process.
- Core Room Operator – Produces sand cores used in casting molds, ensuring precise dimensions and structural integrity.
- Grinder Operator (Cleaning Room) – Finishes and smooths castings using grinding tools to meet quality standards before final processing.
- Team Leads – Provides leadership and support for third-shift production teams, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
