Bingham Mechanical, Inc. is looking for a skilled and certified Pipe Welder to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID. This role involves performing precise welding on high-pressure piping systems according to industry codes and company standards. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Perform high-quality pipe welding using various techniques (TIG, MIG, Stick) on carbon and stainless steel.
- Interpret blueprints and welding procedures with precision.
- Conduct visual inspections and adhere to all relevant codes and safety practices.
- Collaborate with plumbers, foremen, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain welding certifications and participate in ongoing safety and training programs.
- Ensure all welds meet quality standards with minimal need for rework.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified pipe welder.
- Proficient in TIG, MIG, and Stick welding on various pipe materials.
- Current welding certifications (ASME, AWS preferred).
- Strong understanding of pipe fitting, layout, and fabrication.
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
