Bingham Family Clinic | Utah Valley | Hybrid Possible

Build Something That Matters
Bingham Family Clinic is a growing nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to providing quality, compassionate medical care to families in Utah County who may otherwise have limited access to care.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Development to build our philanthropic program from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced fundraising professional who wants to create rather than inherit. There is currently no development department, CRM, annual fund, or major gifts program. Working directly with the CEO and leadership team, you'll establish the strategy, systems, relationships, and culture that will support the clinic's future growth.
Why Join Us?
✅ Directly support healthcare access in your community
✅ Build a development program from the ground up
✅ Significant autonomy and leadership influence
✅ Help shape an organization in its earliest stages of growth
What You'll Do:
- Develop and lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy
- Build annual giving and major gifts programs
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors
- Implement and manage a donor CRM
- Establish development policies, processes, and reporting metrics
- Create donor communications and engagement initiatives
- Build relationships with physicians, community leaders, foundations, and philanthropists
- Plan quarterly donor events featuring clinic leadership and physicians
- Partner with the CEO and Board to advance the organization's mission and growth
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of fundraising or development leadership experience
- Proven success with major gifts and donor relationship management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with executives, boards, donors, and community leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems and programs from scratch
- Strategic thinker who is also willing to execute
- Passion for expanding access to quality healthcare
Healthcare fundraising experience is helpful but not required. We are primarily looking for someone who can build relationships, create a sustainable fundraising program, and drive results.
Ideal for Someone Who:
- Wants ownership rather than maintenance
- Thrives in a startup or growth environment
- Enjoys building systems and processes
- Can balance strategy and execution
- Wants to see a direct connection between fundraising and community impact
If you're looking for an opportunity to build something meaningful and help shape the future of a growing healthcare nonprofit, we'd love to hear from you.
