Bingham Engineering & Consulting is a growing civil engineering and municipal consulting firm serving communities throughout Central and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
This is a strategic leadership hire. We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Client Manager who already has established client relationships and a proven history of developing business. What You'll Do
- Manage civil engineering projects from proposal through construction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of client relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities through existing and new relationships.
- Prepare proposals, scopes, budgets, and fee estimates.
- Lead project teams, mentor engineers and CAD staff, and oversee technical quality.
- Coordinate with municipalities, regulatory agencies, developers, architects, surveyors, and contractors.
- Help shape the strategic direction and continued growth of the firm.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10 years of civil engineering consulting experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing land development and/or municipal engineering projects.
- Existing client relationships within Pennsylvania.
- Proven history of winning and retaining engineering work.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
Preferred Experience
- Municipal engineering.

- PennDOT permitting.
- Construction administration.
- Staff mentoring and leadership.
