Maintenance Technician needed at our Downtown Cleveland apartment community.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants
- Aid in Make ready vacant turns (general property maintenance, painting, cleaning, HVAC, carpentry, etc)
- Assist and responds quickly to work order requests from residents
- Make sure that all exterior lighting is operable and change when necessary
- Help in maintaining pool, clubhouse and fitness area
- Respond to on-call pager when on rotating schedule
- Assist maintenance Team in ensuring the property meets all safety standards and properly maintained
Job Requirements:
- HVAC certified and heat pump knowledge preferred
- General Maintenance ,plumbing and grounds keeping
- Own tools & transportation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
