We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Office Manager & Team Lead for Commercial Insurance & Personal Lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for executive leadership, managing large book of business as well as overseeing operations, including hiring, training, mentoring, company growth and new business development over a portfolio of commercial & personal lines insurance accounts. Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for the insurance agency locationOversee staff, retain, hire, train and mentorOversee client insurance programs on the executive levelIdentify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer baseBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are metPrepare and present insurance proposals and renewals to clientsStay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and development of new insurance products to identify potential business opportunities Qualifications & Experience:Current property and casualty license5-10 Years of experience preferred in commercial insurance and/or personal insurance in a similar team lead roleBackground in sales and negotiation with a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coveragesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleaguesDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOrganizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
