What are the responsibilities and job description for the Luxury Mountain Chauffeur & Client Services Specialist position at Bing Mountain Luxury Transportation?
Bing Mountain Luxury Transportation is hiring one chauffeur in Bozeman / Big Sky, Montana, ahead of our winter peak season.
PAY – READ THIS FIRST: $26/hr base pay trip commissions tips. Our chauffeurs running their own trips take home $45–$60/hr in total (OTE), typically over $50/hr. The $26 is only the base – the trip commissions are where the real money is. Training is paid at the $26 base only, with commissions starting once training is complete and you are running your own trips.
This is an ongoing, long-term part-time role – not a winter-only or temporary job. We are hiring now because winter is one of our busiest times (Dec-Mar), with a second peak Jul-Sep, and we are looking for someone who wants to stay on with Bing Mountain after winter, through summer and beyond. If you are only looking for work through March, this is not the right fit.
Drive Lincoln Navigator L Reserves and custom Sprinter vans for discerning guests, including celebrities, UHNW principals, and Yellowstone Club members. Bing Mountain is the Gallatin Valley's luxury-only mountain operator, with the highest pay and the highest service standard in the valley.
We are moving fast on this hire: hiring by December, training complete and you out of training by end of December / early January. Applications are reviewed as they come in. Hours run 10-40 per week in peak seasons and flex down in quieter months.

- Chauffeur guests to and from Bozeman, Big Sky, Yellowstone Club, and other mountain destinations

- Comfortable and confident driving winter mountain roads in all weather
Must be available Dec 23-Jan 2, Monday-Wednesday, weekends and holidays
- Professional, punctual, and genuinely passionate about hospitality
Bonus points:
- Previous chauffeur, hospitality, restaurant, or concierge experience
