Travel Registered Nurse – Med/Surg
Location: Watertown, NY
Contract Length: 13 Weeks | Start Date: 06/01/2026
Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,650
Weekly Stipend: $1,246
W2 Pay Rate: $39/hr
Requirements:
- Active New York RN License required
- Minimum of 1 successful travel assignment required
- First-time travelers will not be considered
- Previous hospital RN experience preferred
- Coronary Care experience required
- BLS certification required (or obtained within 3 months of hire)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Provide direct patient care for Med/Surg and PCU patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing
- Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication with the healthcare team
- Recognize patient safety concerns and implement safe patient handling techniques
- May be required to function as Charge Nurse when needed
- Weekend and holiday rotations required
- Call may be required
- 100-mile radius rule applies
