- W2 Pay Rate: $24.69/hour
- Non-Taxable Weekly Stipend: $1,246.00
- Weekly Gross Pay (36 Hours): $2,134.84
LewisGale Medical Center is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department that values teamwork, professionalism, and quality patient care.
Unit Details- 27-bed Emergency Department
- Approximately 50 RNs and 25 Medics on staff
- Nurse-to-patient ratios: 4:1 to 6:1
- EMR: Meditech
- High-volume, fast-paced ER environment
- Minimum 2-3 years of Emergency Room RN experience
- Must have completed 2-3 prior travel assignments
- Experience managing patient ratios up to 5:1
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- ENPC
- NRP
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification
- Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI)
- Sepsis interventions
- Stroke protocols and tPA administration
- Central line placement assistance
- Psychiatric patient care
- EMTALA transfers and patient coordination
- No on-call requirements
- Weekend requirement: 4 weekend shifts within a 4-week scheduling period
- Nights: Friday and/or Saturday
- Days: Saturday and/or Sunday
