The Learning & Development (L&D) Support Contractor will support the Concord site L&D Team in coordinating, maintaining, and implementing learning solutions for the manufacturing site. This role will work closely with site L&D associates to support training administration activities, ServiceNow requests, training matrix management, training material updates, and requests received through the CONC_LD team email inbox.
Key Responsibilities
- Support global and site training initiatives including:
• QMS i3 standardization
• ObserveIQ Digital OJT
• Learning plan streamlining efforts
• Curricula architecture initiatives
- Maintain ongoing support for manufacturing initiatives and site milestones.
- Ensure uninterrupted training support for manufacturing operations.
Scope of Work
- Assist with management of 36 functional area training matrices:
• Review training matrices with functional teams
• Update and revise documentation
• Review and approve documents in QDocs
- Support course and curricula periodic reviews.
- Run LMS reports to support:
• Quality management investigations
• Training-related report requests
- Support requests received through the CONC_LD team email inbox:
• Route requests to Conduent when required
• Manage local site-level requests
- Support ServiceNow activities including:
• Creation, management, and cancellation of instructor-led classes
• Course deactivation and retirement activities
• Due date extension projects and trending support
• Scheduling instructor-led classes with Conduent
• Activating contractor learning plans
• Assignment and unassignment of curricula
- Support and revise training materials including:
• OJTs
• Instructor-led training materials
- Support assignment profile streamlining projects.
- Assist with streamlining initiatives related to:
• Functional area mapping
• Assessment and exam mapping
• OJT curriculum architecture mapping
- Coordinate instructor-led training activities including:
• Visitor registration
• Training rosters
• Room coordination
• Survey creation and distribution
- Manage and coordinate post-training surveys.
- Organize training data and process metrics.
- Work with teams to update and improve training content based on survey feedback and training needs.
