What You'll Do
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Respond to client questions and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Ensure all deadlines and follow-ups are met
- Screen potential clients to determine benefit eligibility
- Navigate conversations with a wide range of personalities and situations — advocates, coworkers, and clients alike
- Gather sensitive medical and personal information with care and discretion
- Maintain accurate, detailed notes and keep client records up to date in our system
