Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Assistant based in Bellevue, WA with an expected salary of $50000-$53000. The individual in this role will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including processing and monitoring payments, preparing and sending invoices, verifying financial data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate records in accounting systems. The Assistant will also collaborate with team members to support financial reporting and maintain compliance with recognized accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes, along with invoice preparation and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and financial record-keeping procedures
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with nonprofit organizations or healthcare-related industries is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in AP/AR or accounting operations.
