This is a Fulltime and Onsite Role.
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager (Roofing) to oversee our service department, manage client relationships, coordinate repair projects, and ensure the highest level of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry and a proven track record in service management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Commercial Roofing Service Department, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
- Schedule, dispatch, and supervise service crews for commercial roof repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing timely communication and excellent service.
- Prepare and review service estimates, work orders, and job reports.
- Oversee warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer and company requirements.
- Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling preventative maintenance programs and additional services.
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment for the service department.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate service technicians.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing service management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, Residential Roofing and Metal.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
