What are the responsibilities and job description for the Media Buyer position at Bina?
We're looking for a performance-driven media buyer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to manage and scale client campaigns. You'll own accounts with six figure monthly budgets, optimize for CPL/CPA/ROAS, and work directly with our creative and CRM teams to improve conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and scale ad campaigns (lead generation focus)
- Optimize campaigns for cost per lead, cost per appointment, and ROAS
- Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Pixel, CAPI)
- Test ad creative, audiences, and offers at high volume
- Manage Meta, Google Ads and TikTok campaigns
- Analyze funnel performance from ad click to appointment
- Report on KPIs and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Collaborate with landing page and CRM teams on conversion optimization
Requirements:
Must Have:
- 1-3 years experience in performance marketing/media buying
- Proven Meta Ads experience (lead gen campaigns, not just brand awareness)
- Strong understanding of: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAPI, conversion tracking, funnel optimization
- Data-driven mindset
- Able to work in-office full-time in Agoura Hills, CA
Preferred:
- Google Ads experience
- TikTok Ads experience
- Home improvement, solar, or local service business experience
- CRM integration knowledge
- Understanding of speed-to-lead and appointment setting dynamics
