Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Expert to safely deliver, place, and pick up dumpsters at residential and commercial locations. This role is more than just driving — you are the face of our company and play a key role in creating a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver and pick up dumpsters
- Place dumpsters in tight or residential areas with care and precision
- Use driveway protection systems to prevent damage to customer property
- Communicate clearly with customers on placement and service expectations
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of truck and equipment
- Ensure all loads are properly secured and transported safely
Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- Experience operating roll-off trucks or similar equipment (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
