What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roll-Off Truck Driver ( Full-Time Seasonal) position at Bin Pro Dumpster Rental?
Bin Pro Dumpster Rental is a growing, family-owned roll-off dumpster company. We’re looking for a dependable CDL driver who takes pride in clean equipment, safe work, and taking care of customers.
This is a full-time seasonal position, with steady work through the active season until winter weather slows operations. A driver who proves to be a strong fit may have the opportunity to continue as a long-term member of the Bin Pro team.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a roll-off truck
- Deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites
- Complete daily truck inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Secure loads and follow DOT and company safety procedures
- Communicate with dispatch on routes, schedules, and job details
- Represent Bin Pro professionally with customers and on job sites
- Keep your truck clean, organized, and inspection-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL Class B or Class A license required
- Clean driving record
- Roll-off, dump truck, construction, farm, or heavy-equipment experience preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Safety-minded and comfortable working outdoors in changing weather
- Professional and friendly with customers
- Able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
