Bin Blasters — Trash Bin Cleaning Tech
Part-Time | West Valley / Surprise, AZ | 6AM–2PM Route Days
Pay: $50 base $5 per stop
Location: Surprise, AZ — West Valley routes
Hours: Part-time — early morning start (6AM), typically done by 2PM
Requirements: Must be comfortable towing a trailer
About The Role
Bin Blasters is a subscription-based trash bin cleaning company serving residential neighborhoods across the West Valley. We run routes on set days and clean residential trash and recycling bins using a trailer-mounted cleaning system.
This is a solo route job. You show up, hook up the trailer, work your stop list in Jobber, clean bins efficiently, and get done. No managing people, no customer sales — just quality work and a productive day.
What You'll Do
- Hook up and tow our trailer to and from route locations
- Work through your daily stop list in Jobber (our scheduling app)
- Clean residential trash and recycling bins using our equipment at each stop
- Manage your time to hit all stops efficiently while maintaining quality
- Handle basic on-the-road situations independently — flat tire, missed stop, locked gate, etc.
- Knock on a door if needed to access a bin or notify a customer
- Communicate route updates via Slack
- You will be trained by our current driver and cleaner for 2 days
Must Haves
- Valid driver's license — clean record
- Comfortable and experienced towing a trailer
- Able to work outdoors in Arizona summer heat — this is non-negotiable
- Self-sufficient — you're working solo, we need someone who can problem-solve on the fly
- Time-efficient — you know how to move with a purpose without cutting corners on quality
- Smartphone comfortable — you'll use Jobber for your route and Slack for communication
- Reliable — if you're on the schedule, you show up. Period.
Nice To Have
- Prior route work, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience
- Familiar with trailer hitches and basic trailer maintenance
- Experience with pressure washing or cleaning equipment
This Job Is Not For You If...
- You've never towed a trailer and aren't comfortable learning quickly
- You can't handle working outside in 100 degree Arizona summer heat
- You need someone to check in on you constantly
- You're looking for full-time hours right now
- You can't commit to showing up consistently on route days
Pay & Schedule
$50 base pay $5 per stop. Routes typically run 6AM–2PM on set days. The more efficient you are, the more you earn. This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
