Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications in quality control or manufacturing preferred.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role, with hands-on experience in blueprint reading and product testing.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong ability to interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in basic math, measurement tools, and inspection processes
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge is preferred (training is available for the right candidate).
- Communication & Detail-Oriented: Strong communication skills for reporting quality issues, along with the ability to maintain detailed inspection records and documentation.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach to working with supervisors and other team members to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Ability to stand and walk for majority of the shift (approx. 80%).
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally, with the use of forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed.
- Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling may be required for certain inspection tasks.
- Safety equipment provided: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
