- Submit, follow, and process purchase orders to completion with a high level of accuracy
- Customer service and order support to maintain timeliness of product delivery
- Resolve errors with suppliers
- Authorize payment for purchases
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Maintain Purchase Order Report
- Maintain Order Follow-Up Report
- Enter purchase order tracking numbers
- Create RMAs
- Process vendor returns
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance
- Accomplish purchasing and organizational expectations by completing related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great efficiency and attention to detail
- Extensive knowledge of purchasing systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Self-motivated task completion
- Strong organizational skills
- Specific knowledge of auto parts and BMW
