Bartender and Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Manage inventory of bar supplies, including restocking as necessary.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Touch Bistro POS or similar systems.
• Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, providing support during service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.

Skills

• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Proficiency in food service techniques
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.33 - $11.73 per hour
