What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitation Supervisor position at Bimbo QSR?
Lead and coordinate sanitation operations across the bakery to ensure consistent execution of sanitation standards, chemical control, and Master Sanitation Schedule compliance. Ensure the plant is clean, hygienic, and audit-ready every day, enabling safe product, quality compliance, and on-time production start-ups through disciplined daily routines, effective team leadership, and timely closure of sanitation-related deviations and CAPAs.
Pre-operation & daily readiness
Sanitation execution & plant hygiene control
Food safety & quality compliance
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP/Preventive Controls, and GFSI standards.
Support CAPA completion.
Assist with environmental testing programs.
Support audits and inspections.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum two years sanitation or food manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, sanitation systems.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
PCQI qualification required or obtainable.
