Intern

Seeking highly motivated undergraduate students with a strong interest in Operations to gain hands-on experience working within a food manufacturing setting.  This paid internship will provide opportunities to work on real-world projects under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

• Internship focus:

This internship will provide a broad view of all Manufacturing departments in a fast-paced, real world, dynamic bakery location.  There will be a strong focus on Production develop utilizing skills such as strategic project management, analytical problem solving, and managerial leadership skills. 

As the capstone of your internship, you will have the opportunity to present your learnings to the company’s Senior Leaders, giving you the unique chance to increase your business acumen.

Candidate will be exposed to areas such as engineering & maintenance, operations and production.

• Compensation details:

This internship is paid hourly ($25.00 / hr) and schedule will be determined at the time of offer with the Plant Leader and based on business needs.  This position is on-site; minimal to no remote work available.
